What do we expect from our new team member?
  • Participating in the design of HR analytics and taking part in the development and analysis of reports in line with needs.
  • Supporting the execution of the personnel budget process and preparing relevant reports throughout the year.
  • Supporting the development and determination of the wage and benefits strategy.
  • Monitoring the implementation of career management, talent management, and succession processes and providing support for process improvement.
  • Involvement in organizational performance management processes and preparing necessary reports.
  • Providing support in the preparation of employee engagement survey preparations and reports.
  • Involvement in the analysis of departmental and organizational internal processes,and participating in the development of processes that contribute to efficiency.
  • Contributing to organizational restructuring efforts specific to the organization.
What kind of team member are we looking for?
  • Graduated from engineering departments of universities (Industrial Engineering is a preference).
  • Preferably, with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel usage.
  • Possessing a driver\'s license and active driving experience.
  • Completed military service for male candidates.
