The Coca-Cola Company is offering an Execution Intern program in Istanbul, Turkey, supporting the Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit. You will work with the commercial and execution leadership to shape route-to-market strategies across 25 developing countries and drive topline growth.

You'll develop skills in commercial execution, sales effectiveness, and operational excellence while contributing to projects with meaningful impact on one of the world's leading beverages portfolios.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year or 4th year undergraduate student with planned graduation in 2026 H2 or 2027.
• Minimum 3 days work from the office is required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support Execution Strategy Development: Shape long-term execution capabilities for the OU, including PICOS, RED, CDE Management, Digital RTM, and more.
• Track Execution Performance: Analyze KPIs such as availability and on-time execution to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support Commercial Governance: Collaborate with stakeholders to track the implementation of strategic priorities.
• Capability Building: Develop execution playbooks, frameworks, and toolkits to drive operational improvements.
• Assist Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with EME OU and bottling partner teams to align on initiatives.
