YOUR MISSION

• Improving the efficiency and performance of the commercial functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering consistent growth and profitability.
• Driving commercial performance across all sales channels, with a strong focus on tender management, pricing optimization, and digital process enablement.
• Working closely with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams to implement best practices, tools, and frameworks that enhance overall commercial Performance.
• Harmonizing and standardizing key account management processes and deploying advanced digital tools to strengthen commercial decision-making.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to CRM processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Adopting AI tools in commercial applications.
• Enhancing sustainable usage and data quality of the commercial tools (CRM, My Mondi). In needed, identify gaps and propose tools to enhance commercial effectiveness.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in sales or business development (corrugated packaging industry experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of tender management market trends.
• Strong knowledge of digital sales tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Understanding of pricing and margin management, including experience with ERP systems.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across different functions and regions.
