The Co-Facilitator position is part time, approximately 3 to 5 hours per week and requires a compassionate, personable, motivated, and organized individual capable of assisting in a variety of prevention programs to support families in Chaffee County. Desirable skills include experience in providing support to parents and families with challenges they are addressing, co-teach classes to these parents and/or children and teens utilizing an evidence-based curriculum, supervise and engage with children ages 1-18 years of age, to create a friendly and safe environment and to communicate effectively, verbally and written. Training provided as needed.
This position is non-exempt, hourly, with a wage range of $25-$31, depending on qualifications. This position is eligible to accrue 1 hour of sick time for each 30 hours of work, up to a maximum of 48 hours. Applications accepted until August 7, 2026. EOE.
