We are seeking a Cluster Director of Sales – Leisure & Luxury to join the Bodrum Cluster Commercial leadership team.
This role leads the Luxury & Premium Leisure sales strategy across two distinctive properties, with a primary focus on Susona Bodrum LXR Hotels & Resorts and a cluster-wide responsibility including DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Işıl Club Resort, and DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Marina Vista, which is currently undergoing renovation due to earthquake reinforcement but is planned to open soon with a new brand name reporting to the Cluster Commercial Director. The position plays a key role in driving ADR uplift, premium demand and brand‑aligned growth, while operating within a highly collaborative cluster sales model.
The role works in close partnership with a peer Cluster Director of Sales (Groups), sharing a single cluster sales team and common resources, with clearly defined segment ownership and a strong culture of collaboration.
