Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of people or project management experience in progressive clinical research within biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, or relevant field is preferred.
Fluent in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

Allocate CRA resources to balance workload and meet study deliverables.
Monitor CRA performance and ensure quality per ICH-GCP and SOPs.
Lead site relationships to enhance performance and uphold trial delivery reputation.
Oversee study/site milestones and risk management; support audits/inspections.
