Job summary

Resourcing Life Science is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to monitor studies in Turkey. The role focuses on phase II-III trials, ensuring GCP compliance and investigator integrity while initiating and qualifying sites.

The candidate will work with English and German-speaking teams, hold a life-science degree, and possess a full clean driving license. This is a full-time, onsite position in Turkey.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in life-science.
Minimum 1 year monitoring experience as CRA in a CRO, Pharma, Biotech in Turkey.
Experience in commercial studies.
Experience with site initiation and site close-out.
Experience in phase II-III clinical studies.
Fluent English and German.
A full, clean drivers license.
FTE: 1.0.

Responsibilities

Monitor clinical studies in phases II-III.
Ensure adherence to GCP, investigator integrity, and procedures.
Identify, qualify and initiate investigators and sites.
Oversee study conduct according to GCP and applicable laws.
