Job summary

Biosense Webster, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company, seeks a Clinical Development Assistant to support the Ankara territory. You will provide clinical and technical assistance for CARTO System users, educate customers, and drive collaborative relationships with physicians and EP lab staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel up to 40% overnight nationally.
• Sitting for extended periods in hospital/lab settings; attending live patient cases.
• Clinical Support Certificate may be required to lift up to 30 kg.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab staff on CARTO System and catheter equipment.
• Educate customers on BWI products and provide in-service trainings.
• Maximize case support capability through proper planning and scheduling.
• Stay current on IFUs, best practices and technical troubleshooting; review scientific literature.
• Use consultative selling to identify sales opportunities within accounts.
• Develop and grow relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital staff.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and ensure compliance.
• Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone; manage account documentation and training requirements.
