Key accountabilities

  • Proven experience as a chocolatier or in a similar role, with a strong background in chocolate making and artistic elements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to maintain high standards.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance our product offerings.
  • Handling of chocolate-related equipment.
  • Advanced chocolate preparation including airbrush techniques, etc.
General requirements
  • To be familiar with complex pastry recipe creation and execution.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations.
  • Fluent English and Turkish communication proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to maintain high standard.
