About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery operations across Trendyol warehouses and international transfer centers. By acting as the single point of contact for 3PL partners, you will monitor daily KPIs, analyze customer complaints, and address performance gaps to improve the delivery journey. You will play a key role in identifying pain points, driving process improvements, and contributing to projects that enhance customer and cargo experience. This position requires a data-driven mindset, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to keeping up with industry best practices.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Track and solve problematic cases in delivery processes for Trendyol warehouses and international transfer centers
  • Direct and coordinate 3PL partners as a single point of contact to improve the delivery journey,
  • Analyze delivery KPIs on a daily basis and monitor 3PL performance to eliminate defects,
  • Analyze delivery related Customer complaints, define pain points and take actions with a collaborative approach,
  • Engage with projects, to provide insights into customer/cargo needs and requirements, to improve quality of experience and journey
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor degree from related departments of universities,
  • Have a minimum of 2 years leadership experience,
  • Having an analytical mindset, customer and result-oriented approach,
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
  • Solution oriented and proactive,
  • Strong communicator and able to follow work effectively,
  • Experience in logistics sectors is must and cargo sectors is a plus,
  • Proactive and results oriented approach,
  • Open minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability,
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
