We are looking for a Call Center Manager for our client, a leading healthcare company based on the Asian side of İstanbul.
Job Description
- Lead, motivate, and manage call center teams efficiently
- Define, monitor, and evaluate performance metrics regularly
- Oversee detailed and accurate reporting and ensure timely communication with senior management
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans
- Design and deliver training and development programs
- Analyze processes to improve operational efficiency and quality
The Successful Applicant
A successful Call Center Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing call center operations.
- 5-7 years of experience in call center management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with a dynamic, proactive, and persistent attitude
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English
- Results-oriented, detail-focused, with excellent communication skills
