During the L’Oréal SeedZ Management Trainee Program you will experience different functions throughout the program and mostly take part in projects in the Revenue Growth Management team.

How does it work?
  • You will begin your journey at L’Oréal by rotating in different positions, and even different divisions, for a total of 12 months.
  • After you have graduated from L’Oréal SeedZ, you will be transitioned into a permanent position in your area of expertise, where you will continue to grow and find your purpose within the group.
