Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a passionate Beauty Expert for our Bağdat Caddesi store in Istanbul. The role blends artistry with deep product knowledge to deliver memorable customer experiences and help clients feel confident and beautiful.

Based in a fast-paced retail environment, you will drive sales while maintaining the brand's standards, participate in training programs, and enjoy exclusive product launches, staff discounts, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in fast-paced environments such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
• Aspires to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts how it is seen and continues to grow.
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers.
• On-the-job training and Charlotte's Magic Academy offered.
• Exclusive product launches and a full Charlotte Tilbury look after probation.

You will have

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.

• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen - and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury - and are not afraid to spread the word.
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup - and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
