We are currently looking for a B2C Trade Key Account Manager to join our Nespresso team.

Type of contract: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Analyze market, consumer and competitor insights to identify opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts (KA 13 Key Accounts), develop account plans, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  • Lead trade activities, promotions, and distribution strategy with marketing & e-commerce teams.
  • Drive online channel growth (marketplaces, pure players) and manage e-retailer strategies.
  • Lead the Retailer Digital Media Investments and monitor performance, improve ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with accounts and machine partners; negotiate commercial terms.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, stock availability, and smooth coordination with supply chain.
  • Implement POS visibility strategies, merchandising plans, and retail activation programs.
  • Develop sales strategies with field teams and support execution at POS level.
  • Monitor performance, improve ROI, and participate in Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
  • Identify and onboard new national accounts to expand distribution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor b7s or Master b7s degree.
  • 5+ years of sales, key account management or business development experience.
  • Experience of e-commerce and omni-channel business.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, premium brands, or consumer electronics is a plus.
  • Strong preference of experience in Small Home Appliances or Tech and Durables Businesses
  • Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Advanced level of English
