About this Position

This role is responsible for leading key automotive OEM accounts in Turkey, aligning local execution with global strategies, and acting as the primary customer interface for commercial and technical topics. You will identify customer needs, drive new business opportunities, and support solution development in collaboration with Regional and Global KAMs. Additionally, you will execute account plans, manage CRM processes, and ensure sustainable growth in the Turkish automotive OEM market.

What you’ll do
  • Leading automotive accounts in Turkey in line with Global OEM Strategies by Regional and Global KAMs
  • Directly reporting to Automotive OEM Turkey Sales Manager
  • Steering the OEM business with Global KAMs, Regional KAMs and to execute global and regional strategies in related OEMs locally
  • Identifying needs of customers and finding accurate solution as a first point of contact with Global Technical teams,
  • Regional and Global KAMs according to the necessity.
  • Identifying business potentials in Turkey in related accounts and inform Technical Team and KAMs to develop a product according to needs of customer.
  • Developing sales activities for the assigned customer portfolio across Turkey
  • Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, increase the profit, and gain market share
  • Executing customer roadmap and managing the closure respective CRM tool (ACE)
  • Traveling around Turkey to participate in the trials of the customers in case of business necessities and analyzing market trends
  • Performing forecasting and planning analysis for sustainability of stocks
