We are looking for an "Assistant Purchasing Chef" for our global business partner operating in the manufacturing sector.

  • Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of production consumables, indirect materials, general supplies and spare parts.
  • Actively communicate with the business stakeholders to ensure that their purchase requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Perform all necessary procurement operations activities – vendor creation, purchase order process, shipment and delivery follow up and technical issue resolution.
  • Investigate opportunities for cost improvement, search for alternative sources.
  • Create purchasing contracts and follow up contract compliance.
  • Participate in the process of supplier evaluation, selection and management.
  • Keep informed of market trends for purchasing process.
  • Keep all data relevant to purchasing department.
  • Prepare various reports for management.
