Koç University invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor in International Relations, starting September 2027. The ideal candidate will publish actively, teach undergraduate and graduate courses in IR, supervise student research, and contribute to departmental life.

They should hold a PhD in International Relations or Political Science (or expected by Sep 2027) and have a record of scholarly output relevant to IR theory, conflict studies, foreign policy, and global governance.

Qualifications

• PhD in International Relations or Political Science required, preferably awarded by Sept 2027.
• Strong publication record and research trajectory.
• Experience teaching International Relations at undergraduate and graduate levels.

Responsabilités

• Teach International Relations courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Supervise student research projects and theses.
• Contribute to departmental and university intellectual life and program development.
