Guest Service agent/Guest Service Assistant – USA

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Front Desk operations and Business Centre operations.
  • Meet, greet and direct guests who enter the lobby area.
  • Ensure that all guest queries and incidents are responded to promptly and to the satisfaction of the guest.
  • Handling all guest requests and complaints.
  • Handling all VIP amenities and Amenity voucher, handling of courtesy calls of guests.
  • Taking Check in Check out
  • Following and maintaining the log book, so the next shift can follow up.
  • Coordinate with Manager, and ensure proper running of the hotel during the shift.
  • Ensure a very high level of guest service is constantly maintained for reception, lobby area.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislations.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within hotel and identify opportunities for up selling and promoting when appropriate.
