Qualifications

• 5–10 years in proposal, tender, or procurement roles.
• Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative professional.
• Must be currently residing in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders and bids, including material takeoffs and vendor quotations.
• Manage procurement of services and materials, vendor selection, pricing, contracts, and approvals.
• Coordinate technical submissions and follow through until client/consultant acceptance.

Skills

Fluent in English

Negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of codes
