Job summary

UNICEF in Ankara is seeking a Child Protection Officer Level 2 to support programme development, management, and delivery within the Country Programme (2026–2030). You will help implement the Access to Justice pillar and ensure results from planning through to reporting.

The role requires a university degree in international development, human rights, or a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• University degree in international development, human rights, psychology, sociology, law or another relevant social science field.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in social development planning and management in child protection related areas.
• Strong skills in programme management, monitoring and evaluation, and partnership development.
• Fluency in English is required.
