Job summary

Opella Healthcare Group is seeking an AMET Public Affairs Lead to steer policy and government relations across Africa, Middle East and Turkey. You will shape external policy to enable Self Care growth, engage with WHO, NEPAD and regional bodies, and manage industry associations in MENAP-SMI to support Opella’s business in AMET.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in public affairs, policy and market access.
• Proven track record in shaping external policy environments to support business objectives.
• Experience navigating highly regulated pharmaceutical/consumer health ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust public affairs & policy strategy for AMET.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and industry bodies.
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership and cross-functional teams on policy matters.
• Monitor and inform on regulatory and policy developments affecting CHC in AMET.
