Job summary

each::labs is seeking a Product Engineer who builds AI-enabled tools for developers and creators. You will own features end-to-end, from backend services to delightful frontend interfaces, leveraging AI agents to accelerate development and automation.

You will work with Go, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, delivering API-driven solutions and intuitive experiences. You’ll own outcomes, measure impact, and continually improve the product and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Go, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and modern API development.
• AI-native development experience with coding agents like Claude Code or Codex.
• Strong product engineering mindset: focus on problem value and users.
• Ability to design maintainable systems and debug production issues.
• User-driven decision-making using product analytics and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end products from backend to frontend.
• Develop AI-first capabilities using coding agents.
• Create APIs, integrations, workflows, and tools for developers.
• Own the user experience by analyzing feedback and behavioral data.
• Measure outcomes: adoption, usability, reliability, business impact.
• Ship features with deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Improve how we build by exploring agentic workflows and automation.
