Job summary

OneSec in Istanbul is seeking an AI & Computer Vision Researcher to design, develop, and optimize perception, recognition, and decision-making algorithms for robotic food delivery systems. The role involves applied research, building and evaluating CV models, and integrating them into production-ready platforms.

You will work with cross-functional teams on-site in Istanbul, publish or document findings, and help advance autonomous delivery with cutting-edge AI and robotics expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision methods for detection, tracking, and classification.
• Experience in Data Science and Statistics for experiment design, model evaluation, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated Research skills, including problem formulation, literature review, experimentation, and publication or technical reporting.
• Proficiency with relevant tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, C++/C, PyTorch or TensorFlow, OpenCV).
• Background in machine learning or deep learning applied to real-world sensor data, preferably in robotics or autonomous systems.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to work on-site in Istanbul, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities
