After Sales Service Manager

As part of its growth journey, the company is seeking a dynamic After Sales Service Manager who will establish and lead the entire after‑sales structure. This role will be responsible for building service standards, developing customer satisfaction strategies, and creating a sustainable service culture that strengthens the company’s market reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the company’s after‑sales strategy and operational standards
  • Structure and manage service, warranty, and spare parts operations
  • Develop and implement dealership and service network standards
  • Measure and improve customer satisfaction and service performance (KPI/SLA systems)
  • Build, train, and manage technical service teams across regions
  • Oversee warranty approval and technical reporting processes
  • Develop strategies to enhance spare parts sales and operational efficiency
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service quality
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in after‑sales management, preferably in industrial manufacturing, automotive, heavy equipment, or forklift sectors
  • Proven experience in setting up or managing service and technical operations
  • Strong knowledge of service, warranty, and spare parts management processes
  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Hands‑on, field‑oriented professional with strong communication and customer focus
  • Willingness to travel across regions as needed
