Job summary

Playable Factory is seeking a passionate 2D/3D artist to join a growing creative team in Istanbul. You will work closely with developers and the product manager to create assets, banners, and marketing materials for interactive ads.

The role emphasizes asset creation, optimization, lighting, and collaboration within an agile team, with opportunities to contribute to both visual quality and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience creating 2D and 3D game assets for ads or entertainment is preferred.
• Ability to optimize textures and geometry for performance across platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and After Effects for marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Create both low- and high-poly 3D models, including rigging and animation of in-game assets.
• Optimize 3D assets by refining textures, geometry, and animations for best balance between quality and performance.
• Apply lighting principles to present game scenes and assets effectively.
• Design graphics for banners, end cards, and marketing materials.
• Create 2D assets, mock-ups, and storyboards using existing or new assets.
• Collaborate closely with the developer team and product manager.

Playable Factory is looking for a passionate 2D/3D artist to become part of a growing creative team. The successful candidate will work closely with the developer team and product manager.

Responsibilities

• Create both low- and high-poly 3D models, including rigging and animation of in-game assets.
• Optimize 3D assets by refining textures, geometry, and animations to achieve the best balance between visual quality, size limit, in-game performance.
• Apply strong knowledge of lighting principles to present game scene and assets in the best possible way.
• Design graphics for banners, end cards, and other marketing materials.
• Create 2D assets, mock-ups, and storyboards using existing or newly created assets.
• Work in close collaboration with the developer team and product manager.

About You

• Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and After Effects
• Proficient in Blender (knowledge of Maya or 3DS Max is a plus).
• Experience of working in the games or entertainment industry is beneficial
