WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Strategically define and manage stock parameters to optimize inventory levels while ensuring exceptional service to customers.
  • Maintain a close watch on sell-in performance, fostering strong collaboration with Demand Planning, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
  • Communicate monthly rolling 12-month schedule requirements to manufacturing facilities.
  • Proactively analyze and resolve short- and mid-term availability challenges through close collaboration with factories.
  • Develop and update procurement methods and parameters, including comprehensive logistic specifications.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to implement and monitor action plans aimed at enhancing logistical services and performance.
  • Establish and define preliminary logistical specifications for all new product references, ensuring smooth introductions.
  • Maintain and update the product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction through key Supply Chain KPIs, including Service Rate, Lead Time, OLA/OSA and Delivery Conditions.
  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative service offerings (e.g., Next Day Delivery, customized delivery schedules, enhanced Service Level Agreements, customer prioritization) to significantly amplify the customer experience.
  • Act as the primary advocate for customer satisfaction, owning the global Net Promoter Score (NPS) with a holistic 360-degree approach; identify core customer needs, expectations, and pain points, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for B2B tools, enhancing capabilities related to stock visibility, customer experience, and project management.
  • Engage in proactive communication with business teams, Distributors, and Key Accounts regarding supply chain matters, diligently monitoring product supply risks and issuing timely notifications of potential issues.
  • Track distributor sell-through data and implement necessary internal and external adjustments, including the effective management of stock in trade by using Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Sales & Operations Planning teams to define and refine customer segmentation strategies.
  • Ensure the implementation and rigorous adherence to the Charter of Commitment across all relevant operations.
