• Lead and support the internal sales team to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sample production submissions, reports, delivery schedules, and quality-related matters.
• Prepare and issue quotations accurately and in a timely manner, followed by proactive engagement to secure orders.
• Manage the full order process (by internal sales team) including order entry, production coordination, delivery scheduling, and shipping documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and work closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely material availability.
• Verify that all risk purchases are properly reviewed and approved by management.
• Conduct sales presentations and engage with key stakeholders to support business negotiations and account development.

• Diploma in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in sales within a manufacturing or technical environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
• Strategic yet hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
