A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate all technical aspects of material procurement. The role requires 5–10 years of experience in engineering/procurement coordination and expertise in large EPC oil & gas projects. Successful candidates will manage engineering deliverables and track vendor submissions to ensure timely approvals.
Role Purpose
Coordinates all technical aspects of material procurement between engineering disciplines and procurement teams. For this position, previous experience in large EPC oil & gas projects is required.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure engineering deliverables (datasheets, MR, TBE, ITPs) are issued on schedule.
Track vendor document submissions and ensure timely technical approvals.
Coordinate cross-discipline reviews to avoid late changes.
Maintain procurement dashboards and expedite pending technical actions.
Interface with vendors to resolve technical clarifications.
Support quality and inspection teams with documentation and release notes.
Qualifications
Engineering degree or diploma.
5–10 years experience in engineering/procurement coordination.
