• Coordinate and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for engineering programs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing, and quality assurance, to achieve project goals.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any technical or logistical challenges that emerge.
• Provide technical guidance in precision engineering processes such as CNC machining, micro-fabrication, and metrology.
• Oversee prototype development and assess manufacturability of designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-precision components and systems.
• Ensure adherence to strict quality and tolerance standards characteristic of precision engineering.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and inspection of components and assemblies.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding technical updates and project status.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, technical documentation, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• 4-5 years of experience in program or project engineering within the precision engineering or manufacturing sectors.
• Practical experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and high-precision measurement tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes and materials.
• Proficiency in engineering software, such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong project management skills, with familiarity in tools like MS Project.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of industry standards, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Experience in managing client relationships in industries such as semiconductor, aerospace, medical devices, and analytical life sciences.
• Awareness of advanced manufacturing techniques, like additive manufacturing and laser machining, is a plus.
