A leading hospitality group in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Sales & Marketing Manager to drive F&B sales across multiple outlets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing events, and preparing sales reports. Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills. Join us as a Restaurant Sales & Marketing Manager in Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong and Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong. We are looking for an individual to develop and execute Food & Beverage (F&B) sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all F&B outlets (Baba Chews Restaurant, Rooftop 88 and Bar on 7), drive private events, third-party collaborations, and promotional initiatives to maximise visibility, optimise revenue streams, and enhance brand positioning.
