This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Finance Manager to join a forward-thinking finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial operations, including the timely and accurate closing of accounting books, preparation of various financial and regulatory reports, and management of treasury functions. You will play a crucial role in providing financial guidance to management and business operations, as well as liaising with external auditors and consultants for statutory reporting. This role requires a proactive approach to continuous process improvement and the maintenance of strong internal controls.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounting books.
• Prepare and review financial statements, regulatory reports, and statutory filings.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash management and liquidity planning.
• Provide financial guidance to management and business operations to support decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors and consultants for statutory reporting and audit processes.

• Degree in accounting/finance or professional certification (e.g., ISCA, ACCA, CPA).
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the securities brokerage industry, FP&A, or a Big 4/audit firm.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
• Self-driven, meticulous, and organized with the ability to adapt to a versatile work environment and solve problems outside of predefined scope.
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
