Job summary
A leading Web3 infrastructure company is seeking an Affiliate Growth Manager to lead global affiliate programs and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the crypto or fintech space. Responsibilities include building a network of affiliates, driving user acquisition, and managing program performance. This is a remote role with a preference for candidates in Singapore or South Korea, offering a competitive salary up to $250k and incentives like token and equity participation.
