QA TECHNICIAN
Job summary
A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a QA Technician to perform measurement and testing, and to train QA inspectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in QA environments and knowledge of metrology and engineering drawings. Hands-on experience with OGP smartscope and Mitutoyo CMM is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Basic knowledge of understanding and interpreting Engineering drawing.
- Hands-on experience with OGP smartscope and Mitutoyo CMM or similar.
Responsibilities
- Perform measurement, testing, and reporting of data.
- Train QA inspectors on measurement of newly transferred parts.
- Conduct basic calibration and verification of measuring equipment.

Able to set up/ program QA test & measurement equipment.
Conduct basic calibration/verification of measuring equipment/gauges.
Any other task as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Min 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Basic knowledge of understanding & interpreting Engineering drawing.
Knowledge of metrology. Able to interpret GD&T as per ANSI Y14.5M.
Hands‑on experience with OGP smartscope & Mitutoyo CMM (or similar). Able to do programming on the measurement routine.
