- Monitor each vessel’s schedule and itinerary.
- Ensure compliance with Voyage Orders and Charter Party terms.
- Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve incidents.
- Manage vessels’ hire income and disbursements.
- Oversee vessels’ budgets and report financial performance.
Skills
Ship Operation
- Monitor each vessel’s schedule and itinerary, preparing for operational events.
- Ensure Voyage Orders and Charterers’ requests comply with Charter Party terms.
- Collaborate with insurance companies, ship management companies, lawyers, and other relevant parties to resolve daily incidents and issues.
- Manage vessels’ hire income and Charterers’ disbursements.
- Oversee vessels’ budgets to determine financial results, investigating significant variances with ship managers.
- Develop annual budgets to monitor vessels’ financial performance, reporting to stakeholders.
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of ship operations work.
- Good negotiation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team player and able to work independently.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Japanese to liaise with HQ and clients.
Salary: 5,000~10,000SGD
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
