Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Administrator with relevant experience and PC literacy. The role involves processing sales orders, preparing reports, and liaising with clients, including Mandarin speakers. Immediate availability is required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant working experience required.
- PC literate and able to handle sales enquiries.
- Able to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all sales orders are entered accurately and timely.
- Issue and process sales orders, prepare invoices and packing lists.
- Generate credits notes or replacement notes for return goods.
- Prepare sales reports and update web orders.
- Liaise with clients and handle sales enquiries.
- Perform ad hoc admin duties as assigned.
Skills
Education
2 years relevant experience in Sales admin.
- to ensure all sales orders are entered accurately and timely manner
- to issue and process sales order. Prepare check,file packing list, invoices and D.O.
- to generate credits notes ,debit notes or replacement notes for return goods and short bills
- to prepare sales reports and update web orders for new products and outlets
