- Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon - Fri, 9AM – 6PM; Sat, 9AM-1PM; one Saturday off per month)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle and manage all shipping documentation for both import and export activities.
- Track and monitor shipment status, providing timely updates to internal departments.
- Coordinate daily arrangements with freight forwarders, agents, couriers, and transport providers.
- Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the shipping and logistics team.
- Carry out other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Prior experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with import/export processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office and related logistics/shipping systems.
