A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Technical Support and Application Engineer to manage and support automation products. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field and prior experience is a plus. Responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting training sessions, and responding to customer queries. The role offers a competitive salary between SGD 3,200 – 4,500 per month.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience is an advantage; training will be provided.

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and documentation.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations.
- Interface with product principals to relay technical feedback.

Location: Bukit Batok
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Salary: SGD 3,200 – 4,500 per month

The role of Technical Support and Application Engineer will be responsible for supporting technical sales and providing technical support of Automation Products we are distributing and their applications for our customers in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Manage and support the full range of automation products distributed by the company.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and application support by analyzing customer requirements and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, application notes, and solution-based documentation.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve technical issues through email, phone, or onsite visits.
- Conduct product training sessions and live product demonstrations.
- Use application knowledge to demonstrate product capabilities and performance advantages.
- Interface with product principals to relay technical feedback and recommend product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Training provided; 1–2 years of experience an advantage.
- Knowledge of PLC, control/automation, touch panels, and IoT is a plus.
