NDT Technician
Job summary
A technical services company in Singapore is looking for an experienced NDT Inspector. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in UT, MT, PT, ET, RT, and RI, and being a PCN Level 2 or ISO Level II certified. Responsibilities include timely generation of NDT reports and performing inspections, often as a team lead. Candidates should be flexible and willing to work after hours when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant NDT methods.
- Must be a PCN Level 2 or ISO Level II in NDT methods.
- Familiar with applicable codes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely generation and issuance of NDT report.
- Perform inspections applying various NDT techniques.
- Work as a team lead/member of local call-out crews.
Skills
- Ensure timely generation and issuance of NDT report on daily basis.
- The inspector/team lead / engineer will perform inspections applying various NDT techniques in accordance with applicable specific code, procedure, and or written criteria.
To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UT, MT, PT, ET, RT and RI.
- Must be a PCN Level 2 or ISO Level II in the above NDT methods.
- Familiar with codes and standards.
- Candidate must be flexible and responsive when call for assignments and willing to work after hours and weekends when necessary.
