Key Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering drawings to determine machining needs and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Ensure schedules and quality standards are met. Monitor machining processes.
- Provide technical input on machining and tooling design.
- Analyze current production processes to find improvement opportunities.
- Assist engineers in designing and developing precision components and systems.
- Create technical drawings and documents using CAD software.
- Track project progress and report any issues to the engineering team.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or related field.
- Skilled in CAD software like MasterCAM, SolidCAM, AutoCAD.
- Experience in production planning, costing, and time estimation.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment.
