Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Shipping Admin/Coordinator to manage shipment coordination and handle customer enquiries. The role offers a basic salary of $2,400 – $3,150 with potential gross earnings up to $3,500++. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to support export and import operations.

- Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes.
- Manage and resolve customer enquiries/complaints.
- Support Export & Import operations with compliance.
About the Role Kickstart your career in the Global Supply Chain — manage shipment coordination, support daily operations, and handle customer enquiries while building industry expertise and growth opportunities.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Basic: $2,400 – $3,150, Gross up to $3,500++
📅 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.15pm
📍 Locations: Multiple East and West locations
Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes
Manage and resolve customer enquiries/complaints
Support Export & Import operations with compliance
Provide hands-on operational assistance when required
