Job summary
A leading interior design firm in Singapore is seeking a talented individual to lead the design of boutique retail and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, a diploma or degree in Interior Design, and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. Join us to transform spaces and create stunning designs that align with brand storytelling.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in boutique/retail interior fit-out projects.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, materials, and retail space planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead concept and design development for bespoke retail and interior spaces.
- Prepare 2D technical drawings and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Produce 3D visualizations and renderings that bring concepts to life.

- Lead the concept and design development for bespoke retail and interior spaces.
- Translate brand identity and customer experience into stunning spatial designs.
- Prepare 2D technical drawings (layouts, RCPs, elevations, joinery details) and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Produce 3D visualizations and renderings that bring concepts to life.
- Design shopfronts, display units, feature walls, and retail fixtures with strong attention to materials, finishes, and lighting.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee site coordination, documentation, and submissions when required.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in boutique/retail interior fit-out projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Strong sense of aesthetics, materials, and retail space planning
- A creative problem-solver with excellent communication and project management skills
