An international school in Singapore is seeking a People & Culture Executive to manage expatriate recruitment and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or HR, 3-5 years of experience in expatriate management, and knowledge of Singapore labor law. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment cycles and analyzing HR data. Our P&C Executive (Expat Management) will be integral in all aspects of an international assignment, including recruiting the overseas expatriate, caring for employees’ well‑being, relocation, immigration, international compensation review and a strong knowledge of Singapore labour law. A P&C executive is passionate, customer‑centric, meticulous and works harmoniously within the school community and a multicultural environment.
Senior P&C Executive will support in areas: HR administrative staff recruitment cycle, and provide supervision to the executives/assistants of the P&C Team. As this role focuses on expatriate management, the expectation is to work late evenings for interviews and virtual meetings with candidates. An exciting part of the Senior P&C Executive responsibilities includes supporting the Manager of People & Culture on academic staff expatriate payroll and insurance management.
