A leading energy solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Senior Project Manager (ACMV) to lead a project team. This full-time role involves planning, scheduling, and managing project teams, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and solving potential risks. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the field and possess self-motivation and problem-solving skills. Competitive benefits include phone allowance and performance bonuses.

- Plan and schedule projects.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare Progress Claims, Material Submissions, and Reports.
- Forecast and eliminate potential project risks.
- Supervise sites and ensure workflow.
- Plan manpower and work arrangement.
- Liaise with suppliers on procurement.
- Assist in settling project final accounts.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (ACMV) to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the project team.
- Planning and scheduling of projects.
- Manage and lead a team of managers, engineers, supervisors and operation of assigned projects.
- Manage projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule.
- To handle design for projects and to ensure clients' requirements are met.
- To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
- Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects.
- To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks.
- Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow.
- Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge.
- To liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Self-motivated and good problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn, positive attitude.
