A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Finance & Admin Executive for a 6-month contract. The role involves processing accounts, managing leave records, and financial filing. A minimum diploma in Accounting or Business Administration and 3 years of relevant experience are preferred. This position offers a salary range of $3000 to $3600 and requires strong organizational skills.

- Processing of company accounts.
- Managing staff leave records and expenses claims.
- Maintaining account ledgers and verifying transactions.
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Filing of financial statements.
- Maintaining financial records and documents.
- Providing general administrative support.
Skills
Education
Finance & Admin Executive (6 months contract)
Location: Tuas (Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possesses own vehicle)
Basic: $3000 to $3600
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration and/or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Processing of company accounts.
- Managing staff leave records and staff expenses claims.
- Maintaining account ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Preparing of monthly bank reconciliations.
- Preparing and filing of financial statements.
- Maintaining financial records and documents and storing them in a systematic manner with proper traceability.
- Providing general administrative support.
