Job summary
A healthcare service provider in Singapore is seeking experienced Staff Nurses for home care services focused on palliative and chronic illness care. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, performing nursing assessments, and educating caregivers. Candidates must hold a nursing diploma or degree and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. Competitive salary and allowances provided.

- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for the Palliative Care role.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred for the Chronic Illness role.

Work Location: Simei Street 1, Singapore
📅 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
💰 Salary: $3,000 – $4,500/month
✨ Allowances: On-call allowance + Fixed monthly community care nursing allowance
- Conduct home visits for referred palliative care patients
- Perform nursing assessments and implement care plans
- Adjust medications under doctors’ instructions for symptom control
- Educate and support caregivers on nursing procedures and emotional care
- Collaborate with medical professionals for patient care
- Refer patients/families for financial aid or counselling when needed
- Provide bereavement support and ensure holistic patient care
- Achieve at least 6 visits per day
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Nursing Certificate in Palliative Care
📅 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
💰 Salary: $3,000 – $4,500/month

- Conduct home visits for patients with chronic illnesses
- Perform nursing assessments and coordinate follow-ups with doctors
- Carry out nursing procedures (e.g., wound dressing, catheter insertion, NGT care)
- Educate caregivers/families for continued home-based care
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality
- Achieve at least 7 visits per day
- Participate in fundraising activities when required
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- 1–2 years of relevant nursing experience preferred
