Digital Marketing Assistant / Executive
Job summary
A dynamic trading company in Singapore is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and independent, able to handle customer interactions, manage various digital platforms, and support administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms is essential. Interested applicants should email their resume.
Qualifications
- Proficient in organizing live broadcasting, video shooting, and editing.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via multiple channels to provide information.
- Perform administrative tasks related to logistics and monetary events.
- Handle office and showroom admin and sales tasks.
- Conduct weekly checks at external warehouses.
- Ensure all work is completed with high standards.
Skills
Looking for a proactive, organized, and independent team player to join our dynamic team!
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide information on company services
- Perform administrative tasks related to logistics and monetary events
- Handle office and showroom admin and sales tasks
- Conduct weekly checks at all external warehouses
- Work closely with warehouse personnel on-site during visits
- Ensure all work is completed with strong attention to detail and high standards
- Adapt to changing work environments and support the team as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Facebook, Tik Tok, Xiaohongshu
- Proficient in organizing live broadcasting, video shooting and editing
- Proficient in preparing monthly promotion campains and posters
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive and adaptable mindset
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication & people skills
- Willing to work on Saturdays (weekday off provided)
