Job summary
A leading consulting firm based in Singapore is looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying Power Apps, streamlining automation workflows, and ensuring solutions meet business needs while adhering to best practices. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required, alongside 3-5 years of relevant development experience. Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate is essential.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of application development experience, with 3 years in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for automation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) to meet business and operational requirements
- Build, streamline, and maintain Power Automate workflows for automation and system integration
- Develop custom logic using Power Fx, expressions, and connectors to enhance application functionality
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and external APIs
- Maintain Dataverse entities, data models, relationships, and business rules to ensure data accuracy and system stability
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications
- Support solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Platform applications
- Ensure all solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, internal governance, and security guidelines
- Participate in system testing, documentation, and user training when required
- Use Azure DevOps, Git, and JIRA for version control, task tracking, and project coordination
- (Preferred)* Develop or maintain Power BI dashboards to support reporting and analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of application development experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Strong proficiency in:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- Dataverse & SharePoint integration
- REST/SOAP API connections
- Good understanding of relational databases (SQL) and data modelling concepts
- Experience with SDLC and familiarity with DevOps-related tools
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Certifications (any will be highly appreciated):
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant
- Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate
