• The role will start out as a contract

The Talent

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Sales Operations and/or Contract Operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud services and enterprise software is a plus.

Job Description

• Help manage/track aspects of framework participation such as content preparation, revision, and submission; collaborate and coordinate inputs from supporting departments such as sales, solution engineering, security, legal, and compliance teams.
• Assist with the research, documentation of requirements outlined in this agreement.
• Oversee the delivery of regular written progress and status reports (monthly for Purchase Order Contracts, quarterly for Master Contracts) to the Customer's Representative or relevant Customers.
• Ensure submission of accurate and complete monthly service information (Master Contract).
• Help educate and enable the Sales, Solution Engineering and other teams on company's processes and public sector purchasing rules for this contract to ensure ongoing operational compliance
• Co-create operational processes to further enable Sales and other cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the development and sharing of best practices with team members to enhance quality and efficiency and also with Sales to support them on given areas through the sales cycle.
• Build relationships and work cross-functionally with a diverse set of business partners
