Job summary
A technology consulting firm is seeking candidates for a contractual IT Operations role in Singapore. This position involves supporting IT service delivery, conducting testing activities, and managing troubleshooting operations. Candidates should have a background in Computer Science and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with project management skills being an advantage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in English and the ability to engage with external stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations Service Delivery and Management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
- Experience in managing issue reporting channels and troubleshooting.

Salary: Up to $5400/month

- Document and track functional requirements. Support budget journals, virement requests, and liaise with external parties on budget and funding matters.
- Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as required.

- Background in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations Service Delivery and Management including IT systems with multiple interfaces to external entities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification will have added advantage.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira would be added advantage.
- Basic project management skills in managing maintenance of IT systems (Level 1 Operation) and to conduct testing activities and rollout preparation.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques to gather, document, and track functional, interface, and data requirements, as well as to support system configuration and optimisation.
- Experience in managing issue reporting channels, basic troubleshooting, resolving common issues, and routing more complex problems to higher tiers, tracking issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
