Job summary
A supply chain company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to manage supplier relationships, process purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Supply Chain or Business and exhibit good communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.

Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers on a regular basis.
- Issue and manage purchase orders (PO) to suppliers.
- Work closely with internal Customer Service to understand customer requirements.

Education
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods in accordance with internal requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers on a regular basis.
- Issue and manage purchase orders (PO) to suppliers.
- Work closely with internal Customer Service (CS) team to understand customer requirements and align supply plans.
- Handle order adjustments including pull-in, push-out, and cancellation requests based on customer needs.
- Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery.
- Arrange and coordinate shipment from suppliers.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and update system accordingly.
- Build strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and support business continuity.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain processes is an advantage.
